By using International Draughts, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use is personal gameplay and learning. You must not cheat, use bots, abuse other players, or reverse-engineer the app or AI engine.

You are responsible for account activity. Accounts may be limited or terminated for violations of these terms.

The app, game logic implementation, branding, and related assets are owned by the developer unless otherwise stated.

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from app use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands (Dutch law).
