Terms of Service – Watch More

Last updated: 2026-08-06

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Watch More, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

App Description

Watch More is a media player for iOS and iPadOS (with an Android version planned). It plays content from sources you add yourself: Xtream-compatible logins, remote M3U/M3U8 playlist URLs, and local playlist files. Watch More is not a content service: it does not provide, sell, host, bundle, recommend, or index any TV channel, movie, series, playlist, or subscription. The app ships with no content and maintains no directory of providers.

Authorized Use and Your Responsibility

You may only add sources you have the legal right to access. You are solely responsible for the legality, in your jurisdiction, of any source you add and any content you play through the app. The app requires you to confirm this before a source can be added. Watch More and its developer do not endorse, verify, or assume any responsibility for third-party sources or their content, and using the app to access content without authorization is a violation of these terms.

Purchases and Subscriptions (Watch More Pro)

The free tier of Watch More includes one media source with all features enabled. Watch More Pro unlocks unlimited sources. Pro is offered as the following in-app purchases:

Prices are shown in euros; the exact price in your region and currency is displayed in the app before purchase and may differ. The following terms apply:

Watch More Pro unlocks features of the player only. It does not include, grant access to, or pay for any content, channel, or third-party service of any kind.

Use of the App

Permitted use is personal media playback from your own sources. You must not use the app to infringe copyright or other rights, redistribute or resell streams, circumvent a provider's access restrictions or DRM, or attempt to bypass the app's licensing and purchase mechanisms.

Third-Party Sources and Availability

Playback quality and availability depend entirely on the third-party sources you add. We have no control over those sources and make no promises about their availability, quality, legality, or continued compatibility. A subscription to Watch More Pro pays for player features, not for the availability of any third-party source.

Copyright Complaints

Watch More hosts and distributes no media content, so there is no content we can remove. If you are a rights holder and believe the app itself infringes your rights, or you have questions about its operation, contact DevDad Support via email and we will respond promptly. Complaints about specific streams or channels should be directed to the service actually hosting them.

Intellectual Property

The app, its branding, and related assets are owned by the developer unless otherwise stated. Open-source components are listed in the app under Settings → Open-Source Licences. You may not reproduce or redistribute the app or its assets without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including any consequences of accessing third-party sources through it.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time. We may terminate or restrict use of the app if these terms are violated. Store-level purchase terms (Apple Media Services Terms, Google Play Terms of Service) continue to apply to your purchases.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands (Dutch law).

Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version is shown on this page with the updated date; material changes to subscription terms will also be communicated through the app or the store.
