How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your International Draughts account and all associated data using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete In-App (Recommended)

1. Open the International Draughts app.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion in the two-step confirmation dialog.

Your account and data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to DevDad Support with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

Email deletion requests are processed within 5 business days.

What Data Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, all of the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your account profile (email address, username, display name)
• Authentication credentials and linked social sign-in connections (Apple, Google)
• Game history and match records
• Player statistics and Glicko-2 rating
• User settings and preferences
• Session tokens and refresh tokens

What Data Is Retained

After account deletion, no personal data is retained. The only data that may remain is:

• Anonymized crash reports (via Sentry) — these contain no personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to your account.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• If you signed in with Apple, you may also want to revoke app access in your Apple ID settings.
• If you signed in with Google, you may also want to revoke app access in your Google Account security settings.
