Account and Data Deletion – Watch More
Delete your Watch More ID and associated data
Watch More Pro uses a pseudonymous Watch More ID to validate purchases and link devices. It does not require an email/password registration, but it does create server-side identity, device and entitlement records. Uninstalling the app does not delete these records.
To request deletion, email DevDad Support at [email protected] with the subject Watch More account and data deletion. You can make this request without installing or signing into the app.
Include your Watch More ID if you have it. If you cannot find it, tell us which platform you used and we will help identify the records and verify ownership. Do not send your recovery code, IPTV credentials, payment-card details or unrelated personal data. We may request proof of purchase with unrelated details redacted.
The request covers your Watch More ID, linked device records and purchase/entitlement metadata held by DevDad and associated RevenueCat customer records. We will confirm the scope and completion of your request. Any information that must be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention or security will be limited to that purpose; we will explain the reason and applicable retention period in our response. Optional Sentry crash and diagnostic records have a 30-day retention period.
Subscriptions and store records
Deleting your Watch More ID does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately in Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future renewals. Apple and Google retain their own transaction records under their policies. Restoring a purchase or setting up Pro again can create new Watch More service records.
Remove data stored on your device
Your media library is stored locally. In Watch More, open Settings → Manage Sources and delete the sources you want to remove. This removes their stored credentials and associated catalog data. Remove downloaded or recorded media through Downloads as needed, including copies you exported elsewhere.
To remove remaining local app data, clear Watch More storage in Android settings or delete the app. On Apple devices, remove sources before uninstalling because Keychain credentials can survive an uninstall. Copies in device backups or exported files must be removed separately. Your IPTV provider's account and records are managed by that provider.
