Add a provider login

How to add an Xtream-compatible provider login to Watch More with the server address, username and password from your provider.

What you need

Many providers give you three things instead of a playlist link: a server address, a username and a password. That login follows the Xtream-compatible format, and it is the best way to use Watch More, because live TV, movies, series and the guide all come from one sign-in.

Add the login

  1. Open Settings › Manage Sources and tap Add Source.
  2. Set Source Type to Xtream Login.
  3. Enter a Source Name, then the Server URL exactly as your provider wrote it, including the port if there is one, such as https://example.com:8080.
  4. Enter your Username and Password, then tap Continue.
  5. Watch More checks the login and shows the account status and expiry date if your provider reports them. Then it imports live TV, movies and series in the background.

Have a playlist link instead?

Some providers only send an .m3u link that contains username= and password=. You can add that link as a playlist, following Add an M3U playlist. The login form above usually gives you more, such as movie and series details.

Where your login is kept

Your password is stored in the secure storage of your device, the Keychain on iPhone and iPad and the Android Keystore on Android. Watch More never sends it to us. Logs and diagnostics reports remove credentials automatically.

Common problems

  • "That username or password isn't right." Copy them again from your provider's message. Watch for spaces at the start or end.
  • The server cannot be reached. Check the address and the port. Some providers block connections from outside certain countries or from VPNs.
  • Too many connections. Most plans allow a fixed number of streams at once. Stop playback on another device, then try again.
